Scott Disick Reportedly ‘Can’t Speak’ To Kourtney Kardashian Following Engagement News

Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker popped the question to the KUWTK star on Sunday in Montecito, California.

It’s the news that broke the internet on Monday morning and has been the talk of social media since. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are getting married.

The pair, who’ve dated for nine months and in that time, kissed more than some couples who’ve been together for decades have, have now taken their relationship to the next level, with Travis getting down on one knee surrounded by a sea of roses on the beachfront the upscale Rosewood Miramar in Montecito, California.

And although it looks as though the wider Kardashian-Barker brood are over the moon, coming together for the pair’s engagement party, it looks as though there’s one member of the family who might not be taking the news so well. Kourtney Kardashian’s ex and father of her three children, Scott Disick.

Although it was news Scott apparently saw coming, E! News is reporting that the star is apparently “beside himself” and currently “can’t speak” to Kourtney following the proposal.

The pair dated on and off from 2006 to 2015, continuing to co-parent their kids following their split, with Scott still a very present member of the Kardashian family, contracted to film Keeping Up With The Kardashians right up until its end earlier this year, and often papped out and about with the family, including attending Kim’s SNL afterparty just this month.

In terms of what the future looks like for the pair, it’s definitely going to be a situation that will take some time to adjust to, with Scott messaging Kourtney’s ex Younes Bendjima earlier this year taking aim at her relationship with Travis and getting caught out when the screenshot got posted by the French model. Yep, that’ll definitely make the family events a little bit more awkward, but apparently Kourtney has put that incident behind her.

And as we’ve seen with Scott when he was dating Sofia Richie, it’ll just be a case of adapting to the new family dynamic and hopefully, we’ll see both Travis and Scott featuring on whatever new Hulu project seems to be currently in the pipeline. Fingers crossed, because we’ve got a KUWTK shaped hole in our lives.
