Selena Gomez Addresses That Gossip Moment At The Golden Globes

If you followed any Golden Globes coverage at all, you’ll have seen the Selena Gomez moment that sent the internet into a tailspin.

Coverage from the awards ceremony showed Selena having a gossip with Taylor Swift and Keleigh Sperry Teller halfway through the night.

Other snaps of the moment started to go viral online as people speculated about what Selena was telling her besties; the tea looked to be piping hot!

Selena can be seen leaning over Taylor’s shoulder, mouthing in something that appears to end in the word “no”.

Taylor looks surprised, while Keleigh leans back in shock.

Soon after, rumours began swirling online that what Selena was telling her pals had to do with Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.

E! News reported that fans online said Selena was explaining how she had asked Timothée for a photograph, but Kylie said “no.”

A source close to this involved allegedly told the publication the information was false, saying “It’s not true she went up to them and asked for a photo, she never saw them.”

And Selena appears to be backing this up, by commenting on an Instagram post of E!’s.

“I told Taylor about two of my friends who hooked up,” the singer claimed, adding “Not that that’s anyone business.”

Well then. We guess that’s that squashed.

Though honestly, we’re dying to know what it is she said! While we’ll most likely never know, the moment inspired plenty of memes for us to enjoy instead.
