So Simple! Victoria Beckham Credits This Food With Curing Her Acne Once And For All

It’s an undisputed fact that Victoria Beckham has perfect, glowing skin and never steps out looking anything less than immaculate, but believe it or not it hasn’t always been this way for her.
In fact, just like the rest of us, VB has had her struggles with acne and once sought the help of a dermatologist in order to correct it.
In an interview with The Edit, Victoria reveals that a specialist offered her a piece of advice that would revolutionise her skincare game for the long haul.
“I see a dermatologist in LA, called Dr Harold Lancer, who is incredible. I’ve known him for years,” Victoria explains. “He sorted my skin out. I used to have really problematic skin.”
She continues: “He said to me, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I said, ‘Really, every day?’ And he said, ‘Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.’”
And that’s exactly what Victoria did. She added salmon to her diet on the daily and within a few short months saw a dramatic improvement in the condition of her skin.
After this, Victoria says she came to realise that a good diet is pretty much the key to looking amazing. *Puts down chocolate.
“I’ve learned so much about food; you’ve got to eat the right things, eat the right healthy fats… I eat lots of good fats, in avocados, nuts, seeds, salmon,” she explains.
We guess that means we’ll be ordering the veggie box, instead of the deep pan pizza from here on out.
