The internet went pretty wiiild when Kim K recently shared a piece of art, *chef’s kiss*, that daughter North West painted. It’s pretty impressive, considering that she is only seven years old. Long story short, people were not buying that North herself painted the oil painting, and Kim wasn’t happy.
Taking to her Instagram stories to set the record straight, Kim wrote, “DON’T PLAY WITH ME WHEN IT COMES TO MY CHILDREN!!!
“My daughter and her best friend have been taking a serious oil painting class where their talents and creativity are being encouraged and nurtured.
“North worked incredibly hard on her painting with took several weeks to complete. As a proud mom, I wanted to share her work with everyone,” she continued.
“I’m seeing op-ed pieces in the media and social media from grown adults breaking down whether or not my child actually painted this!” Read the full thing right here.
As it turns out, there’s proof that North did in fact paint this literal work of art. Of course, this proof came from TikTok.
Camryn Fred shared on her TikTok that she has the receipts of the whole thing, because her mam is in fact North’s art teacher. Well, there you have it. “I actually can’t believe right now that I’m being put in the position where I am probably one of the only people in the world who has evidence that Kim is not lying, but here you go.”

In the video, she showed herself at seven years old with a painting similar to North’s, explaining that her mam “taught me how to paint this, and she taught North how to paint the same one two weeks ago. She’s been an art teacher for 30 years and everyone that comes to her classes goes through this exact same painting when they’re starting out.”
So, in conclusion, North West is the next Picasso.
