So This Woman’s Debs Dress Is Made Entirely Out Of Pubic Hair

It's different, we'll give her that.

Pubic Hair Dress

Cast your mind back several years and you’ll probably remember the effort it took to pick out the perfect dress for your Debs.

Chances are you wanted a guna that was elegant and timeless, but crucially, not the same as everyone else’s.

Well, here’s a woman who may have taken the desire to be different a little too far.

Sarah Louise Byran, who previously went viral for making a dress out of skittles, recently came up with a new creation: a prom dress made entirely from pubic hair.

Her aim? To out-do Lady Gaga’s meat dress.

To construct the dress, Sarah received thousands of body hair donations from people who wanted to help her with her new project.

Hair samples in hand, Sarah then got to work wearing an eye mask, breathing mask and a thick pair of gloves because, as she tells The Mirror, “who wants to eat pubic hair?’. Fair enough.

Chatting to the Daily Mail about the process of making the dress, Sarah Said “It was absolutely awful working with that material. I put a ground sheet on the floor and sterilised the hair with a fluid then had to put it in really hot water to kill the bacteria – I didn’t want to get crabs!

“’The hair got everywhere at first,” she adds “and I actually questioned what I was doing – it was that disgusting. But then I bought an eye and face mask and it got a bit better.”

In all, it took Sarah six months to make the dress, and though it’s certainly a strange concept, it turns out it may be a profitable one, as she’s revealed that she now hopes to sell it for £10,000.

Given that she’s spent six months of her life working with other people’s body hair, we kinda think she deserves it.
