Sorry, What? A Woman Is Suing Katy Perry For The Loss Of Her Toe

Gruesome.

Working as a stagehand behind the scenes at an international superstar’s world tour has to be a dream gig, but things took a nasty turn for Christina Fish when she was hired to helped out backstage at Katy Perry’s Prismatic World Tour in 2014.

Christina was working at Katy’s Raliegh, NC concert when she was asked to move a wall which got stuck and rolled across her foot. She claims her shoe then filled with blood and she was offered ice but no one called for an ambulance.

Instead, Christina’s friend took her to the ER and the toe eventually became gangrenous and later had to be amputated, which meant she wasn’t able to use her foot for months. She also claims she suffered emotional distress as she was instructed to leave her “dead toe” on for as long as possible for a clean amputation. Yikes.

She’s now suing Katy, Live Nation and a bunch of security companies for a whole lotta money. Meanwhile, TMZ have published photos of her injury that aren’t for the fainthearted here.
