Staycation Searching? Here’s Where Our Favourite Influencers Went On Holidays

Hoping to get away this August? Here's some travel inspiration from our Insta faves!

It truly is staycation season and we’re all about rediscovering Ireland, exploring the countryside and spending evenings sitting on a decking, drinking wine and spending some quality time with your family and loved ones. I mean, you can’t really get better than that!

So if you’ve got the itch to travel, why not take a look below at some of our favourite influencers and where they went for their staycations this summer.

Pippa has recently posted some stunning snaps with her family, enjoying the sunny weather we have been blessed with recently.

Pippa and her family decided to go to Ballycotton, Cork for their staycation and their shots have made us want to book our next weekend off. The family were staying at the Castlemartyr Resort, where Pippa was celebrating her birthday with her family and what better place to celebrate than Cork? The real capital, wink wink.

Rozanna has been busy rediscovering Ireland and enjoying it! For the past week we have been blessed with great shots from her time at Doolin, Cliffs of Moher, Inis Mor islan. This lady has been busy and we hope she’s had a fabulous time.

Rozanna had been travelling with her partner and staying at the Doolin cottage which looked utterly amazing, lads, everyone is loving Doolin these days, we need a trip there STAT. But Rozanna did not stop there, after Co. Clare, Rozanna and her partner then arrived at Connemara, so who knows where she’s off to next?

Galway seems to be a very popular choice of staycation visits since Chloe has also recently posted a picture to her Instagram enjoying the sun at Roundstone, County Galway. Chloe had been enjoying her day out with her partner and pup and proving that in order to go for a staycation you don’t have to leave your favorite county, just go to the other end of it!

Devon Murray and his wife Shannon have recently announced that they are expecting a child together! Which is very exciting for the couple! But just before their announcement they had celebrated Shannon’s birthday in Connemara, Galway which seems to be one of the places they like to visit and revisit. Galway is truly a hotspot for staycations!

Yet again Galway strikes as one of the most popular staycation hotspots for influencers. Ciara has been posting about her stay in Galway with posts from Quey street! Ciara had visited Inis mor which is also a beautiful spot for a peaceful staycation.

Lauren visited Sligo last week with a beautiful snap of herself in a white backless dress.  Honestly, she should be the poster girl for advertising Sligo’s most beautiful hiking spots! This location has been on Lauren’s bucket list as she mentioned in her caption that she would recommend everyone visiting. “The most EPIC drive through the Gleniff Horseshoe,” Lauren added.

Louise had also graced our feed with beautiful snaps from her staycation at Dromoland Castle Hotel & Country Club. This location is only half an hour drive from her home which is once again proof that you don’t have to go far to rediscover the beautiful locations of Ireland.

Niamh has been busy on her Insta with posts of her travels around Ireland which started this week.

Her first staycation post was from Dursey Island Cable car. She then stayed at the Gougane Barra hotel which is surrounded by Ireland’s vast nature, before hiring a boat by Bantry bay with her partner.

The west of Cork seems to be on the rise in popularity among influencers!

And lastly, Niamh posted an image of herself in a one piece on shore at Lough Hyne which would make anyone jump in the car and speed off to their next staycation there!
