Teddy Soares has addressed his rumoured breakup with Faye Winter

Teddy Soares is speaking out about rumours of a split between himself and Love Island GF Faye Winter.

Teddy took to Instagram, seemingly referencing the breakup rumours, he said: “Everything you have been reading in the press is false.”

“I have had nothing but love and respect for Faye since we first met.”

Continuing: “I do not wish to comment on rumours speculating our relationship and ask for you to respect our privacy at this time. Love, Teddy x.”

Fans began to speculate the couple had called it quits, after noticing they hadn’t posted together in weeks.

Faye’s recent add for Love Honey, also sparked some speculation. As she wrote: “Valentines isn’t just for couples it’s also a time to fall in love with yourself.”

Teddy and Faye met in 2021’s Love Island, striking up a connection in the villa.

The pair hit it off early on in the show, and despite recoupling during Casa Amor, left the show a couple, and finished in third place.

The are currently the last couple from the 2021 series that are still together.
