So that is why the world has gone into a tailspin as Ellie is rarely spotted without her Prada handbag.

Fans were wondering what was in there, with some suggesting she’s carrying around her lip combo. And honestly, so fair!

She could be carrying the iconic Love Island phones in her wicker bag from the designer bag.

However, it looks like there is an even simpler reason for her to be sporting the now iconic look.

The Sun revealed that eBay, who are the fashion partners of the reality show, have now offered the option to have accessories on the show. Islanders can pick outfits from eBay, as well as wearing their own clothes on the show.

“I wanted a way to add more eBay to the Islanders’ non-swimwear looks,” Amy Bannerman, eBay’s Pre-Loved Style Director, explained.

“There isn’t more of a focus on bags this season, but they have got more airtime from Ellie’s iconic Prada moment, which is great.”
