Here’s The Mad Story Of How Kate Garraway Was Stopped By Customs For Bringing Too Much Fake Tan To Australia
A gal after our own heart
Each year when we are setting off on our summer holidays we face the dilemma of if we should pack fake tan or not, and if so, then how much?
One woman apparently also facing this dilemma is Good Morning Britain presenter and I’m A Celebrity hopeful Kate Garraway.
The jungle contestants have been landing Down Under the past few days in anticipation for heading into the Australian outback, and enjoying their last few days of luxury before swapping their comfort for some creepy crawlies this Sunday.
Kate however is even less keen on giving up her comforts, telling the mad story of how she was held up by customs due to have an excessive amount of fake tan in her suitcase.
Recalling the experience to The Sun she admitted to buying a large amount of fake tan during her stop-over in the United Arab Emirates.
“I bought some fake tan in Abu Dhabi. As I thought best to get that tan all over every part of my body, and they wouldn’t let me through customs.”
“I had to have it put in its own special box. I was held up by my fake tan.” she continued.
Ahead of her upcoming Jungle stint, Kate has opened up about her fear of pretty much everything, and how she is hoping that her screeching will provide some much needed comic relief for the public.
“I am terrified of all of the things in the Jungle, especially heights – or if you are in a little box with creepy crawlies or snakes in it!”
“I am going to give it a good shot and everyone can have a laugh and I hope it takes their mind off Brexit!” She continued.
Oh, we are in for a treat this Sunday.
