The World’s Favourite Friends Character Has Officially Been Revealed

Ross, Rachel, Joey, Chandler, Monica or Phoebe: Who’s your favourite? That’s the question question Comedy Central (aka the channel that’s been showing reruns of Friends since, um, forever) put to its Twitter followers, finally putting an end to the argument once and for all.

But who won out? Did neat freak Monica nab the Geller cup? Or maybe dinosaur-loving Ross cinched the deal?

Surely Chandler’s dry wit or Phoebe’s kooky character would come out on top?

The real winner? Coming in with 25.6% of the vote is…

Ross Geller.

And of course it is. After all, he’s an expert in unagi and gave the show some of its finest moments. Like that time he got stuck in his leather pants on a date, or in another episode when he over-whitens his teeth, for example.

Oh, and let’s not forget, he’s the guy that coined the catchphrase “WE WERE ON A BREAK.” Legend.

Chandler Bing came in a close second with 25.4% of the vote in the poll, followed Joey, Phoebe, Rachel and Monica respectively.

Sure Ross Geller may be the favourite but we’ve not doubt that they’d all be there for you. *Sniggers*
