To ensure you have an authentic workout or wellness experience, pre-book your tickets in advance for all the sessions you want to attend. Every session is 40 minutes in length so you can really get to enjoy each activity to the fullest!
What: The two-day long festival will feature an array of exciting talks, workshops, dance classes, workouts such as Yoga and KOBOX – as well as much more. Jam-packed schedules across the full weekend will allow guests to go from fitness classes to guest talks and wellness healing experiences.
When: Thrive Festival takes place in The Convention Centre Dublin on the weekend of March 30th and 31st.
Who: Anna Geary, Indy Power (AKA The Little Green Spoon), Holly White, Gemma Atkinson, Alan O’Mara and Maeve Madden are just some of the guests that will be speaking across the weekend, with expert knowledge on fitness, food and wellness.
