This March sees the ultimate wellness and fitness festival come to Dublin – and it looks like it’s going to be an exciting weekend!
Whether it’s with a group of friends, a couple or just a solo experience you’re searching for, Thrive Festival has it all.
The two-day festival will feature everything from workout classes to guest speakers and cooking demonstrations, and is a must for any fitness fanatics looking for a weekend of wellness tips and insights. To ensure you have an authentic workout or wellness experience, pre-book your tickets in advance for all the sessions you want to attend. Every session is 40 minutes in length so you can really get to enjoy each activity to the fullest!

What: The two-day long festival will feature an array of exciting talks, workshops, dance classes, workouts such as Yoga and KOBOX – as well as much more. Jam-packed schedules across the full weekend will allow guests to go from fitness classes to guest talks and wellness healing experiences.
When: Thrive Festival takes place in The Convention Centre Dublin on the weekend of March 30th and 31st.
Who: Anna Geary, Indy Power (AKA The Little Green Spoon), Holly White, Gemma Atkinson, Alan O’Mara and Maeve Madden are just some of the guests that will be speaking across the weekend, with expert knowledge on fitness, food and wellness.
Tickets: Thrive Festival has two programmes per day, 8.30-3pm or 12.30-7pm. Tickets starting at €51.57 can be bought here. Make sure to plan your days and book your classes in advance to avoid disappointment!
