"Been an awful year for so many but let’s not forget flack amongst it."

Yesterday was #WorldMentalHealthDay and our social media feeds were flooded with positivity and honesty as people marked the day. One person who was not forgotten was Caroline Flack, who died tragically earlier this year.
On last night’s episode of Strictly Come Dancing bosses decided to show a routine from when Caroline appeared on the show in 2014. Caroline went on to win the show that year, and they paid tribute to her by showing her beautiful routine to Robbie William’s Angels.
This prompted a conversation online, where many fans and celebrities paid tribute to Flack and reminded followers to #BeKind – a hashtag that began trending after she was found dead in her London home in February, at just 40.
Just watched the tribute on strictly to flack. Was lovely. Been an awful year for so many but let’s not forget flack amongst it. A diamond x

The Caroline Flack tribute on #Strictly has reduced me to tears her story was beautiful and the ending was awful, for it to be aired on Mental Health Day too sends an even stronger message, she is so missed, I hope the story resonates and teaches people to be kinder #MentalHealth
