What Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Happy Friday

Another week, another few bits we’ve been enjoying this week.

From unreal cocktails to body foams to hair treatments of the future, we’ve been getting up to a lot.

… An amazing cocktail experience

Dublin has a lot of cocktail bars – but it doesn’t have a lot of great cocktail bars.

If I’m dropping upwards of €15 on a drink, I want that drink to taste insane, I want there to be a story behind it, I want it to be an experience. That’s where The Collins Club comes in.

The cocktail bar, situated inside The Leinster just off Stephen’s Green, is currently in the midst of a rebrand, and they look set to be one of the most exciting spots in the city.

We were lucky enough to head down and try the new menu, and it was genuinely so impressive. The mixologists have been busy creating their own spirits infused with… literally any flavour you can think of.

We’re talking banana infused rum, olive vodka, basil gin, padron pepper tequila, coffee rum… all created there in the bar. They’ve got an entire set up to show guests how it all works, so they know exactly what they’re drinking.

The result is a menu that’s entirely unique, including a gorgeous spicy margarita, a dill drink, a chocolate yuzu creation, and so, so much more.

There’s also deep fried pickles on the food menu. Next level, legit.

… Spicy fingers

I love a good crisp. I love the crunch, I love the flavour, I love portable element of the snack.

I also love Cheetos, because who doesn’t? The iconic crisp has just added a few new flavours, and they’re unreal.

Fiery Jalapeño & Cheese and Sweet & Spicy are joining the classic Original Cheese flavour, and with the giant spiral shape, it’s the perfect format for getting your Cheetle on.

Cheetle, in case you don’t know, is the dust that comes off Cheetos and gets all over your fingers, which are then licked because the dust is delicious.

Yum, honestly.

…A breakthrough in healthy hair

Hair loss is something so many of us face – whether it’s thinning, patchiness, or lack of volume – and Thérapie Clinic has just launched a treatment that could make all the difference. Polynucleotides Hair is a new injectable designed to support scalp health, strengthen follicles, and boost density from the root.

Already a hit in skincare (you might know it as the “salmon sperm facial” loved by Kim Kardashian), Polynucleotides have now been adapted for hair with impressive results. In just 4–6 weeks, clients can expect thicker, healthier growth that looks natural and requires minimal downtime.

The treatment can also be used to enhance brows and beards, making it a versatile option for both men and women. Starting from €245 and available nationwide, it’s a clever early intervention that could save you from more invasive treatments later.

… Whipped body

Showers can be a bit boring, a bit of a chore.

But suddenly if you’ve got some body foam in there, it’s a lot of fun.

Sundae Body have got a lot of whipped shower foams out there – over 30 to be precise – and they smell amazing.

They’re also fairly good for your skin as they’re gentle and exfoliating, cruelty free, and suitable for sensitive skin.

Just try not to eat them now.
