Love Island pairing Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran confirmed their split Monday.

The duo met just over a year ago on the ITV series, where they managed to place second to Millie Court and Liam Reardon.

Chloe has set off to Morocco with co-star Millie following the news, taking to Instagram to say ‘Took a break and f***ed off to Morocco and want to award Millie Court the award for being the best f***ing friend I’ve ever had.’

The reality star needed an escape from the pains of heartbreak.

Chloe appeared to hint at the break-up last week, as she responded to Amber Gill’s tweet ‘International lesbian day and nobody wifed me yet’ with Chloe replying ‘I will’ with Amber putting forward the question ‘What about Tobes?’

The couple have reportedly just grown apart despite their efforts to make their relationship work.

Sources for the Mail Online shared that “There’s been no wrongdoing, they have simply grown apart, and over time realised it’s better for them both to split.

“Naturally, Chloe has found the breakup difficult but being able to spend time abroad with Millie has given her the space she needed to start moving on.”

The couple have been sharing a £1million Essex mansion since last November, but are now making arrangements to go their separate ways after struggling to make their relationship work.

Chloe was Toby’s first relationship, as the star admitted he had never been in love before going on the show.
