Yep, There’s An Irish Lad In Simon Cowell’s New Boy Band
New Niall Horan, anyone?

Niall Horan, of course, smashed onto the scene on The X Factor.
The Mullingar man won over hearts around the world when he joined One Direction and the rest, as they say, is history.
Now Simon Cowell is trying to recreate that magic with his Netflix series, The Next Act.
The music mogul saw over a thousand boys from around the globe to form his new boy band – December 10.

And one of those boys just so happens to be Irish!
19-year-old Sean impressed the industry heavyweights to join the band.
December 10 is made up of seven singers – Cruz (19), Danny (17), Hendrick (19), John (17), Josh (17), Nicolas (16), and Sean (19).
December 10 is very much a boyband for our times: a truly inclusive group representing Chorley, Rochester, Dublin, London, Lisbon and Walsall, with Irish, Brazilian, Indian, Nigerian and Jamaican heritage between them.
Just like Niall, Sean cites Justin Bieber as one of his influences. Speaking to The Mirror, he shared that his parents brought him to a choir in Dublin city centre because of his love of singing.
Sharing why he decided to audition, he said: “To make my mum proud! My mum heard about the auditions and she was like Simon Cowell is holding auditions, and Iโve signed you up!”
Speaking about the band, Simon Cowell said: โIโm not sure if this band found me or if it was the other way around however either way I am so happy the boys have a chance to do what they love. 7 genuine, talented, humble boys who walked in to meet me. I believe in them and I really like them. I wish them all true happiness doing something they love.โ
Well watch this space!
