You Can Now Buy The Milburn House From Sex Education

None of us can deny just how good Sex Education is, we can’t get enough of the hot Netflix show. Yes we sobbed over this being the fifth and final season.

It seems the Milburn House would make a good addition to another hit Netflix show -Selling Sunset. You can quite literally buy Jean and Otis’ family home in the countryside. But it doesn’t come cheap. Yep, the magnificent English house is on the market for a whopping £1.5 million – don’t worry ours eyes watered too!

You will now have the chance to own the sprawling 18th century home, which is located in Symonds Yat, overlooking the River Wye in Herefordshire. The former fishing lodge looms large. Standing at three stories, it has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bristol based agency Knight Frank will be taking point on the sale, they described the property as ” quite exceptional with stunning views of the Wye Gorge”.

According to the description provided by the real estate agency: “the home also has balcony terraces and a stepped path that goes down to River Wye. There is also a large level lawn and summer house on the 4.52 acres (1.8 hectares) property, as well as two greenhouses, a stone and tile outbuilding and a former enclosed kitchen garden.”

The property was purchased by the current owner in 2022 and completely remodelled using a mainly Norwegian design. It also includes a bespoke painted wood kitchen, a conservatory dining room extension and a contemporary bathroom.
