You Now Have To Pay For Zara Returns

It's a sad day for Zara fans...

Zara

Bad news for Zara fans and shopaholics everywhere as Zara has begun to charge customers for clothes returns (sob).

Yep, the popular high-street store used to have free returns which was a godsend when you weren’t sure if the size would fit you so you order multiple…

The handy service was one of the huge perks of online shopping with Zara, (once you learn to navigate their website) but sadly those days are over.

It’s not all bad news though as the charge put in place isn’t too steep, the store will take €1.95 off the refund amount when you return an item online or at a drop off point. So you’re still getting the majority of the refund…at least.

The statement on the Irish website reads, “Returns of orders placed from 05.05.2022 onwards will have a cost of 1.95 EUR, that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

“If you have purchased as a registered user: you can request the return from the Returns section.

“If you made your purchase as a guest: Request a refund by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you about your order.”

Returns in store are still believed to be free for now, if you’re ready to brave the queues you could save yourself some cash!
