Kim K is At It Again With A Post About ‘Fat Loss’ – And People Aren’t Happy
It comes very quickly after her 'diet lollipop' scandal.
Kim Kardashian is getting people’s backs up again for posting an article about the best exercises for ‘fat loss’ on her app.
The reality star is no stranger to this controversial subject, as she was criticised recently for promoting an ‘appetite suppressing lollipop’ on Instagram.
Understandably, people were not impressed with Kim’s post, saying how dangerous this could be to her young followers:
But now she’s at it again, posting a link on Twitter that gives a guide to how she maximises fat loss on her app.

It didn’t take long after it was posted for people to point out how influential Kim is to young girls and how these unrealistic expectations may be damaging:
I respect you. You are a smart business woman. But, I don’t like you always talking bout “fat loss” or “secret to losing weight”. So many young girls look up to you!!! Embrace curves and talk about being strong instead ?? ?

Can we like stop encouraging weight loss for kids that are already hella insecure already. No one needs to lose weight unless there sick every body is perfect no one needs anything .

So first you promote lollipops to help with weight loss and now this?!?!? Call yourself a role model!

I think you should think about what you promote more and the affect it has on others, you have so much influence, especially on young girls

One post even listed their ‘alternative’ ways to maximise fat loss.
Things to maximise instead of fat loss
2) LOVE for yourself
4) love for other people
5) interest in new things
6) the amount of dogs you play with on a daily basis
7) the amount of people you follow on social media that aren’t Kim Kardashian. https://t.co/DrxNL1QNqL
