WATCH: The Trailer For Daisy Jones And The Six Series Is Here

Booklovers, music lovers, series lovers unite and get ready for the release of Daisy Jones And The Six.

The series, based on the best-selling novel of the same title by Taylor Jenkins Reid, is set to be released on the 3rd of March 2022.

So far, we have only seen a glimpse of the cast and what to expect but now we can watch the full trailer and it looks GOOD.

The plot follows the story of lead singer Daisy Jones, a rock singer, who is matched up with a band. Determined to make a name for themselves, the band dabble in tonnes of sex, drugs, and rock and roll throughout their touring years, all of which is documented by a journalist to tell their story.

Think Fleetwood Mac’s secret diaries – in fact, Taylor says herself that the book was loosely based on the 70s band.

The series stars Riley Keough, daughter of the late Lisa Marie Presley who plays the lead role of Daisy. The fact that she’s Elvis’ granddaughter is very on-brand for this.

Sam Claflin will be Billy, Suki Waterhouse will be keyboard player Karen Sirko, and Sebastian Chacon plays drummer Warren Rhodes.

Camila Morrone, Leonardo DiCaprio’s ex-girlfriend looks set to burst onto the scene too as she’s playing Billy’s girlfriend, Camila!

What’s more, all the cast are musically talented and even learned how to play extra instruments for the show, so all of the music that we’ll be treated to on the series is authentic.
