What Is Actually Going On With The Love Island Mothers Lawsuit?

Love Island’s Toni’s and Shakira’s mother have been particularly active on TikTok over the past few weeks – and honestly good for them.

Leslie and Sukina have been posting reaction videos to everything that’s been going on on the show, from Harrison finally leaving the series to Shakira getting back with Harry.

The pair have also formed a bit of a bond with Tina, Yasmin’s mother, who appeared in the villa alongside them during the meet the parents episodes.

But then Leslie and Sukina either went private or deleted all of their TikTok videos, and rumours began circulating that they were suing ITV.

For what? For showcasing their daughters in a negative light during the Grafties, apparently.

But Leslie has since posted on TikTok, saying there is absolutely no truth to the rumours.

“My accounts were set to private because I had other things to do,” she said. “Not because myself and Shakira’s mom are suing ITV. We are definitely not. That rumour should be put to rest immediately.

“There’s even a rumour that her and I were spotted in London together meeting with an attorney. Also, 100% fake news. So my advice to all of you is don’t believe everything you see on the internet.

“Most of it’s probably not real. This particular rumour, I’m just going to confirm, it is not real. Other than that, I just wanted to reassure all of you that we’re all good and there’s no lawsuit.”
