That Bachelors Walk Donut Shop Has Finally Opened And The Pics Look Insane

Last week we revealed that O’Connell St’s famous donut kiosk, The Rolling Donut, was getting a larger premises on Bachelors Walk.

While the kiosk is known for its tiny bites of traditional sugared deliciousness, the new shop is all about variety – gourmet flavours, fresh sourdough and handmade fillings.

The store opened on Tuesday, but if you haven’t found yourself in the mood for a donut as yet this week, these pictures should change your mind.

First up, here’s the Pistachio Salted Caramel donut, filled with “a luxurious homemade salted caramel and a sprinkle of pistachio for some extra bite.”

Then there’s the Peanut Berry Delight, which consists of “a rich peanut butter filling topped with a sweet mixed berry compote and finished with a sprinkle of toasted peanuts.”

Green tea lovers can try the Hipster’s Paradise, coated in a vibrant matcha glaze:

If you’re looking for a boozy treat, you can try the Bailey’s Bliss, “a Baileys-infused cream filling paired with a rich vanilla glaze.”
