Famous Galway Pizza Place Dough Bros Is Popping Up In Dublin This Month
We. Are. Drooling.
If you’ve ever had Dough Bros Pizza in Galway, you’ll know how excited we were to hear the the famed Pizzeria was popping up in Dublin.
The pizza company have teamed up with Italian beer Birra Moretti to bring the ultimate taste of Italy to Dubliners. To celebrate the partnership the brands will be coming together to serve up a brand new recipe for the first time. They’ve created ‘The Baffo’ pizza to perfectly complement the tasting notes of the beer.
It features crushed san marzano tomato, parmigiano reggiano DOP, fresh basil, buffalo mozzarella DOP, double guanciale, extra virgin olive oil, pecorino romano and post-oven pepper. We. Are. Drooling.
Speaking about the collaboration, Eugene Greaney from Dough Bros said; “We are delighted to partner with Birra Moretti, who as beer brewers embody everything we love about Italian culture. Our ethos is to celebrate the very best of Irish Produce on the foundation of authentic Neapolitan/Italian wood fired pizza. Naples is where we learned our trade, Ireland is where we perfected it, so it made perfect sense for us to add an Italian beer that shares so many of the same values that we do.”
