Almost one month ago, Made In Chelsea star Lucy Watson announced that she got engaged to her boyfriend, James Dunmore while on holidays in Greece.
It is believed that James went down on one knee while the pair were on a sunset yacht, but coy as ever, Lucy just shared the happy news on her Instagram alongside a picture of the two cuddling, with the simple caption:
“Here’s to forever 💍”
James and Lucy met on the hit E4 show and went on to date for five years before announcing their engagement.
Now, just over three weeks since the engagement and a week since her dog Digby passed, Lucy did a Q&A on her Instagram Stories to catch up with fans; talking everything from dealing with animal grief to her wedding.
While answering a couple burning questions, Lucy explained that she has made wedding plans with James. The pair originally wanted to get married with a big affair but now, due to the way the pandemic is still ongoing, the pair have changed their views and now want a smaller affair.
“We have changed what we initially wanted & we have become so much more relaxed about the plans since everything. We just want it to be fun with all our friends & family present,” Lucy explained.
Continuing, Lucy explained that she hopes to get married next year, but like many brides-to-be, has nothing set in stone.
In terms of her engagement ring, Lucy then added that this is something fans won’t be seeing anytime soon.
“It’s something I’d like to keep private,” explained Lucy. However, continued to reveal that the ring is “1920s style” and “it’s perfect”. We can only imagine how gorge it is!
