14 Female-Led Irish Brands Join Forces For New Christmas Gifting Store In Dublin

The store opened its doors to the public on Thursday morning.

If you’re looking for a gift that’ll certainly make you stand out from the crowd while supporting some incredible Irish businesses this year, Gifted by Greens Are Good For You is where you need to go.

Spearheaded by Johanna Dooley and Kara O’Sullivan, the duo behind the fashion rental service Greens Are Good For You – which offers clothing from a variety of designer brands delivered straight to your door comes this brand new pop-up which they set up with one vision in mind, to bring the brands they love together, so you can shop them in one place.

Launching Gifted by Greens on Dublin’s bustling Exchequer Street, when passing the new store you can’t help but be drawn in, be it the explosion of colour, the disco balls hanging from the ceiling or the variety of hands-on creators and designers in the shop ready and waiting to meet you, the whole experience feels personal and this compact space in the heart of the city highlights some of Ireland’s top growing talent in the fashion industry. With many of these brands starting at lockdown projects, they inform me that the demand has surpassed all their expectations – a positive news story for once.

And getting the opportunity to showcase their work for the month of December in this brand new pop-up will bring even more eyes to their brands, with an array of gifts on offer, be it for a friend, a sister or even yourself.
