When it comes to fashion, we’re always on the lookout for the best style dupes around.

Questioning whether the latest trend is actually worth shelling out the big bucks for, we’re turning our attention to the classic Birkenstock sandal. The style is perfect for those with a wider foot and will go with almost any outfit you can imagine, a cute summer dress? Birkens, Jeans, and a tee? Birkens.

But, at around €80 a pop, we’re scouring the high street for some more affordable alternatives. Although, if you are looking to invest in a pair that lasts a lifetime our fashion editor, Megan Fox says that OG’s may just be worth splashing the cash on: “The leather on real Birkens is super soft and the footbed shapes it’s way around your foot after a few wears for maximum comfort that perfectly fits your feet.”
