Are Shawn Mendes And Camila Cabello Dating Again?

Unless you’ve been living under a rock – the equivalent of not having social media in 2023 – well you would know Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were spotted getting cosy at Coachella.

The pair called it quits back in November 2021 after two years, but they were spotted hanging out and even kissing this weekend while at Coachella Music Festival in Palm Springs.

A video clip of them hugging and kissing at the festival went viral across social media in a matter of minutes, sending fans of both artists into a tail spin.

In another clip, the pair appear to be leaving the festival when Camila is asked by some paparazzi if they’re back together. She replied: “Yes,” but it was unclear from this whether it was in reply to the question or to her friend who she was conversing with at the time.

The Señorita singers shared a car and Shawn could be seen climbing in the back to sit next to Camila. So is it back on? Or is it a one night thing between exes?

A source told Page Six that they are “not back together,” despite their Coachella PDA.

The source said: “Shawn and Camila remain friends with a lot of love and history between them, but they aren’t dating again. They’ve stayed in touch since their breakup and decided to meet up at Coachella since they were both going.”

Adding to that, they said, “while one thing led to another as the night progressed,” Shawn and Camila ultimately are not back together. It was a “one-off”.

Shawn and Camila announced their split back in November 2021 after two years of dating. Posting a heartfelt message to their individual social medias, they let their fans know they were going their separate ways.

At the time they wrote: “Hey guys, we’ve decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever. We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends. We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward.”

Shawn has since been romantically linked with two women, his chiropractor, Dr Jocelyn Miranda and singer-songwriter, Sabrina Carpenter.

Camila had been actively dating Tech CEO, Austin Kevitch for just over eight months before calling it quits at the end of January this year.
