Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch, Lili Reinhart and Vanessa Morgan celebrated the premiere of the seventh and final season of Riverdale by showcasing some behind the scenes looks at the newly released seventh instalment of the show.

Who’s actually still keeping up with the show though? Murderous men in black hoods, jinglejangle, people coming back from the dead, musical numbers and now supernatural powers it just gets more farfetched the longer it goes on.

It was the season six finale that really got viewers heads spinning with its time loop storyline – Camila Mendes even poked fun at all of their bizarre plot lines in a TikTok she shared on the video sharing app.

She lip synched to the famous Kim Kardashian voice over saying: “I think there’s days where I feel like I know it all, and then I wake up the next morning and I’m like, ‘Wait, none of that made sense’. Then later I’ll feel like, ‘Oh, wait, it’s all clicking.’ And then it’s not”.

She captioned the video: “Keeping up with the plot of Riverdale”, she knew what she was doing and definitely got more than a giggle out of her followers.

Thanks to Camila, Madelaine, Lili and Vanessa’s behind the scenes look we know the fabulous four Veronica, Archie, Betty and Jughead along with more of the beloved Riverdale characters have found themselves in the 1950s. The video clips included lots of retro fashion and the usual amount of blood associated with Riverdale.

Madelaine’s post was a little more personal giving fans: “a small taste of the ruckus on set in honor of our final season”.

While Lili took to her Instagram in December to reflect on the past 6 years of filming the show saying: “It’s overwhelming to think that an end is coming to our crazy little show. I’m so grateful to be where I am today. I’m thankful for Riverdale, for my fans, for my dear Betty, and for the family I’ve made through this experience”.
