Has This Selling Sunset Star Hinted At A Season 7 Release Date?

Did someone let the cat out of the bag?

Selling Sunset season six just aired on Netflix late last month, so it seems a little crazy to be thinking of the next one coming our way – yet here we are!

The hit reality real estate show was confirmed for season six and season seven back in June 2022. Chrishell Stause confirmed the news with an Instagram post citing more drama, chaos and bigger and better houses were coming our way.

She captioned the post: “CONGRATS to this fun lovable crazy group! #SellingSunset has been officially renewed for seasons 6&7! Filming on season 6 begins this summer! Love our dysfunctional family! And THANK YOU everyone for watching and for all the love- and even to those that hate watch us, because that’s half the fun of the show anyway honestly-ha! 😜😅Thank you! 😉🙏🏼♥️😘.”

Now that season six hit Netflix at the end of May we can’t help but wonder when season seven will be coming our way. While Netflix hasn’t announced an official release date, a little guesswork and reviewing old release date patterns brings us to the very hopeful conclusion of an Autumn release.

Previous release dates were season one – March 2019, season two – May 2020, season three – August 2020, season four – November 2021, season five – April 2022 and season six – May 2023.

Thinking back to the renewal of seasons two and three and seasons four and five, they were renewed together and had a gap of six months between their release dates as can be seen above. Does that mean season seven will be heading our way October/November 2023?

To top it all off Jason and Mary may have just let slip that our estimations are more accurate than we realised.

The pair answered a series of fan questions on an Instagram live recently, when they were asked when we can expect to see season seven.

Jason starts saying he doesn’t know before Mary interrupts him saying: “Probably fall, maybe, I don’t know.”

Jason subsequently added that he would like to think season seven was coming later this year but he couldn’t confirm anything.

Did these two accidentally spill the release date? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
