Kristin Davis Shares Where She Stands On Kim Cattrall Drama
The tension is palpable!
Kristin Davis has said while she wishes she could fix things with the beloved actress but it’s “not in my power”.
That’s right the And Just Like That actress has finally spoken out about the rumoured feud between ex co-star Kim Cattrall and her fellow cast mates. But, it seems she didn’t really have a lot to say on the subject.
Following Kim Cattrall’s confirmation that she would in fact be making a cameo in the Sex and the City spin-off, And Just Like That, Kristin Davis revealed that she is in fact not in contact with Kim and added “You have to respect people’s wishes”.

In an interview with The Telegraph she said: “I’m not gonna waste energy on it. I can’t change anybody. I do understand fans’ feelings – that they’re upset… I wish I could fix it, but I can’t, it’s not in my power.”
Kim Cattrall had previously vowed never to return to the Sex and the City hit tv franchise due to a rumoured feud between herself and the showrunner, Michael Patrick King and two of her co-stars, Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon.
As a result of this feud it has been revealed that Kim’s cameo was filmed without any interaction with her former colleagues.

Candace Bushnell, author of the beloved book adaptation, teased some details of what we can expect from Samantha Jones’ cameo.
She told Variety: “Her character represented a lot of freedom and permission for women. And I think the fans are super excited about her coming back, even if it’s just one cameo in the car.”
We look forward to seeing Samantha back on our screens even if it is for 0.5 seconds!
