Not just a music festival. Sea Sessions has a whole host of activities available to attendees including beach sports, skating, BMXing, beach yoga and so much more. The festival’s uniqueness has caught eyes worldwide earning it praise for being different to your average music festival.
The festival has firmly established itself as one of the most important festival dates on the Irish calender and in previous years has welcomed a host of international artists like Primal Scream, Clean Bandit, Paul Weller, Tinie Tempah, Bastille and Basement Jaxx to name a few.
Sea Sessions festival director Ray O’Donoghue spoke about their excitement for this year’s line-up saying: “We’re loving the diversity of the line-up this year. We’ve got everything from mega stars Kasabian to Becky Hill. We’re also delighted to have finally booked Groove Armada and with the likes of Irish acts The Coronas, Inhaler, Moncreiff and DJ’s Ben Hemsley, Obskür and Hannah Laing we think there’s something there for everyone. We’ve sold out every year for the last 10 years we expect this year to be no different”.
