The Glastonbury Lineup Is Here!

Festival season is approaching and the lineups are getting us absolutely buzzed for it as they are released.

The latest major lineup that has been announced is Glastonbury – and it really is MAJOR.

To name a few artists playing, we have Elton John, Artic Monkeys, Guns ‘n’ Roses, Lizzo, Lana Del Ray, Lewis Capaldi, Måneskin, Lil Nas X and Fred Again.. and that’s just a FEW.

Elton John is retiring after his current tour and Glastonbury will be his final show in the UK. We’ve a feeling it’ll be an emotional one.

Co-organiser Emily Eavis revealed that she wrote Elton a letter to ask him to close the Sunday explaining to The Guardian, “In the end, I wrote him a letter and I said, ‘If this never happens, it would be such a failure on all of our parts. I know you’ve done everything else in the world. I know you’ve fulfilled every everything you need to fulfil, but please, can you come and play Glastonbury?’

“And he just called up and said yes.”

Taylor Swift was supposed to headline the festival in 2020 but couldn’t due to the pandemic, so fans were speculating that she may appear this year, but she isn’t on the list.

Emily also told The Guardian that a female headliner pulled out due to a change in her tour plans, could it be Taylor?

Tickets for this year’s festival are sold out but resale tickets are expected to be released sometime this spring, will you be trying to get your hands on some?
