The first Monday of May has come and gone and we have a round-up of some looks you need to see from the Met Gala 2023 red carpet.
This year’s theme was Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty, remembering the German fashion designer. We saw his inspiration in many looks on the night making it nearly a monochrome carpet, he did love his black and white!
Whether the celebs were fully cosplaying him, or his cat, taking a little bit of inspiration from his signature look and making it their own, channelling one of his designs or going completely off theme, they were dressing to impress.
Some Met Gala royalty skipped the carpet this year, with Blake Lively and Hailey Bieber not walking up the iconic steps, so don’t fret that they aren’t on the list, if they were there they would be!
