Chocolate brown for winter might sound just about as groundbreaking as florals for spring, but this year we’re seeing the colour really take a moment in the spotlight, surpassing it’s dark red and forest green counterparts to become the “it” colour of the season.

Yep, it’s right up there as one of the most worn hues by the fashion pack on Instagram, with every item from brown trousers to turtle necks and coats making the style wish lists.

Let’s not even begin to talk about the hunt that’s ongoing to nab a chocolate brown North Face Nuptse jacket, as seen on TikTok, they appear to be like gold dust. But everyone wants one, because we’re all gone mad for chocolate brown.
