How is it May already?!

We’re not sure where that time went but we are welcoming summer with open arms. May is a very busy month here at STELLAR HQ, we’re working on the June issue of the mag, getting prepared for the VIP Style Awards and planning our fabulous content for you lot online.

Plus, chatting about all things celeb, food, and summer plans, of course.

As we enter a new month, we’ve got some new favourites to share with you guys. Here’s what we’re doing, talking about and obsessing over this week:

It’s that time of year again, lads – time to grab your yoga mat, get into your most comfortable pair of leggings and head to the Royal Hospital Kilmainham for a couple of days of much needed wellness activities.

Some of us here at Team STELLAR are lucky enough to be invited to this year’s festival thanks to Gordon’s 0.0%, and it’s safe to say we can’t wait.

If you’ve already got your ticket, make sure you hit up Meave Madden’s Queens Don’t Quit energising workout on Saturday at 2pm!

Jade C is loving… Hydrated skin


There is nothing better than your skin feeling plump and hydrated. I have found a few products over the years that I love for this, most recently the Vichy Minéral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Hydration Booster Serum has been my go-to.

This product is like a drink for the skin. And now, Vichy have also launched a matching moisturiser which I cannot wait to try. The mineral 89 72h moisture boosting cream sounds straight up my ally, and if it’s anything like the serum, it’ll be a skincare staple for me.

It’s officially sit out your back and have a glass of wine after work season, and what better array of drinks to do that with than a couple of bottles of tasty reds and whites?

Jade C is loving… Saturday night cocktails

I love a good cocktail, like a really good quality one that makes you feel super fancy when sipping it. Odeon Bar have launched an all-new cocktail bar experience that is perfect for your girls night out, or date night.

I was lucky enough to be able to try their new cocktail menu at their launch event recently and I can attest, they are good. Vogue Williams also DJ’d the event which made the whole experience even better. The bar is stunning and super central, if you’re looking for a bit of glamour over the weekend, I would recommend. Cheers x

Jade H is loving… Tenderstem broccoli

Who among us isn’t?!

It’s crunchy, it’s delicious, it’s versatile – and it’s having a complete glow up atm as the guys over at Tenderstem Ireland are encouraging everyone to add a bit of broc to liven up their dinner this month.

This week, I made a tenderstem bake with a Gruyère sauce, chestnuts, and truffle drizzle (above). And let me tell you, it was something else.

The broccoli was definitely under there. I swear.

Jade C is loving… Daisy Jones And The Six


Late to the party, but I just finished this series and I need everyone to watch it. The show on Amazon Prime is based on the book by Taylor Jenkins Reid, which I loved, but you don’t have to have read the book before tuning in either. Following the rise and fall of a band in the 70s the show is very rock and roll, plus it stars Elvis’ granddaughter!

We are also seeing the influence of the characters creep into this summer’s fashion trends, so if you want to be in the loop and haven’t watched yet, put it on the list.
