Dr Martens are classic footwear.

“Could it potentially lose us some business short term? Yes, but we think about it long-term, therefore we think it will breed customer loyalty, and it’s the right thing to do,” he said.
“I get letters from people every week saying can I get my DMs repaired.”
The pilot is being launched in Leeds next month (October) and will allow Docs owners to avail of total heel replacement services, which will cost about £81 (€94), as well as many other smaller repairs.
Dr Martens has partnered with The Boot Repair Company in the UK to launch the service, and is hoping to expand to wider Europe in time.
The brand recently launched their own secondhand store on Depop to encourage the reselling of pre-loved items.
Let’s just hope you don’t have to break them in again after getting them fixed.
