These will fly off the shelves!
H&M is set to launch their first LGBTQ+ line in support of Pride month in June.
The line will be released on May 31st in the US and online, and marks the first time the Swedish high street company have launched a line in support of the LGBTQ+ community.
The line features colourful T-shirts, hats, fanny packs, shorts, sweatpants, sweatshirts, cut off jeans, socks, hoodies, crop tops and tank tops.
The ad campaign stars some big names in the LGBTQ+ community, including Olympian Gus Kenworthy, pop singer Kin Petra, model Shaun Ross and Drag Race star Aja.
“H&M believes in everybody’s right to love who they want,” Andreas Lowenstam, H&M’s head of men’s wear design told WWD publication.
“We hope people can use H&M’s Pride collection to celebrate their belief in equal love.”
Here at home, Penneys revealed their own LGBTQ+ line earlier this month which is expected to be in the shops in the coming weeks, just in time for Pride.
The pieces include rainbow ‘Love is Love’ T-shirts, sequin Pride caps and rainbow badges. The Dublin Pride festival is taking place from June 21st to 30th, with the Parade being held on Saturday the 30th in Dublin City Centre.
