You’re the queen of beauty and self-care, what are your 3 biggest self-care tips anyone can do at home?

“Growing up with a mum who was a facialist I was always taught to exfoliate from a young age.  I think this makes the most difference to my skin and is a great way to take some time out for self-care.  I exfoliate and always follow with a face mask, that’s an extra 10 mins of relaxation time and your skin will thank you for it!

Another selfcare/beauty care is to give yourself a manicure!  This is time when you can’t be on your phone/doing work your hands are occupied and I think it’s a brilliant way to take some time for yourself.  I would recommend as a final step after hand cream using some cling film to wrap hands with which will help absorb the cream deeper into the skin!”

What beauty advice would you give to your 20-year-old self?

“Start using an eye and neck cream!  I was always very good with my skincare but eyes and neck are important too and I could have done with some anti-aging prevention in my 20’s.

Finally, What are your autumn 2022 nail trend predictions?

“The glazed nail has taken over!  While we saw this trend mostly represented by nude and pale shades, expect to see darker taupe colours for Autumn. Another trend is natural, we have seen this in skincare and makeup over the last few years but now nail care is going Natural.  Vegan formulas, sustainable packaging and earth/nature-inspired nail shades.”
