Penneys Are Doing A €6 Body Foundation That Looks A Lot Like Vita Liberata’s Body Blur

When Kim Kardashian launched her KKW Beauty Body Foundation earlier this year, there was outrage in certain corners of the internet. Kim K at it again! How dare she tell women they need to wear body makeup!

But anyone who pays a blind bit of attention to the beauty world knows that Kim didn’t start this particular fire. Hello, MAC Face and Body Foundation? Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs? Body makeup has been around forever, and if you want to use it, more power to you.

Now Penneys have decided to get in on the game with the release of PS… The Blur. (PS… The Blur could be a hipster band name.)

The name and packaging calls to mind another cult product, Vita Liberata’s Body Blur – and like Body Blur, it’s a wash-off instant tan that aims to give a luminous glow to the limbs.

While Vita Liberata and KKW Beauty do their body foundations in a variety of shades, PS… The Blur comes in only one, designed to fit all skin tones.

It can be applied with a tanning mitt or kabuki brush, and worn either on bare skin to blur and add a little colour, or over fake tan to perfect.

The product will be available in stores across Ireland from this month for the princely sum of €6. Body makeup lovers and fake tan fiends, have at it.
