Self Care Sessions: Guests Bathed In Sound And Insight At Our First Wellness Event

STELLAR PROMOTION: Were you there?

Did you attend the first of our stunning wellness events in March? If you did, you’ll know all too well the insights, the interest, and the overall wholesome vibe.

Along with Cleanmarine PeriodPlan and Kerry Hanaphy Clinics, STELLAR & VIP hosted the first of our Self Care Sessions in the beautiful Iveagh Gardens Hotel.

The afternoon was filled with insightful chats, relaxing meditation, and of course, a gorgeous goodie bag packed with treats from Dr Hauschka, Lindt, This Works, and Kerry Hanaphy products.

Guests also had the chance to win a fabulous spot prize – a three months’ supply of Cleanmarine PeriodPlan – incredible!

Speakers included The Wellness Psychologist Dr Clodagh Campbell, who spoke about managing anxiety amidst a hectic schedule, and Kerry Hanaphy who demonstrated one of her most popular treatments, mesotherapy.

Audrey O’Connor also led attendees in a gorgeous sound bath session, and Menstrual Coach Lisa de Jong answered plenty of audience questions on their cycles, dealing with chronic pain, and why she is a Cleanmarine PeriodPlan ambassador.

Lisa says that when dealing with menstrual issues, like period pain, low energy, and irritability, the first port of call is to always contact your GP. “Some red flags are calling in sick to work, debilitating pain, fainting or severe bleeding,” she says.

“As a menstrual health coach, I help you understand your endocrine system and your nervous system so you can begin to live in harmony with your cycle, unravel stuck trauma responses and build a new way of showing up in the world grounded in embodied safety. I usually start with helping people to track their cycle and get to know themselves through the lenses of the inner seasons. You can begin this with a journal or a tracking app.”

Kerry Hanaphy says that the event was a great opportunity to showcase one of her most popular treatments, as well as chat about the importance of doing things that make you feel good about yourself – inside and out.

Her top beauty tip for good skin is: “Make sure to wear at least SPF 50 every day – rain or shine. We are prone to skin related diseases in Ireland, so it is essential to protect ourselves regardless of the weather. Aside from protecting against sun damage, wearing SPF daily will also keep the skin radiant and youthful for longer.”

We’re already excited for the next of our Self Care Sessions – so make sure you keep an eye on our socials for tickets!
