If it's good enough for Margot it's good enough for us

There’s nothing we love more than celebs spilling the beans on their beauty secrets. But, what really makes our hearts soar is learning that their beauty secrets are not only out-of-the-bag but are completely affordable too.
Out here doing God’s work is Harpers Bazaar who recently caught up with celebrity hair colourist, Justin Anderson, who is responsible for the stunning locks of Margot Robbie, Jennifer Anniston, and Gweneth Paltrow. Spilling the beans on what products Margot Robbie uses to keep her dreamy locks looking strong and healthy while working on film set, Justin said:
“Margot’s really, really fun to collaborate with. She works on a lot of amazing projects and her style is always so great”
“The great thing about Suicide Squad is Margot’s hair was a wig, so we put either Olaplex or dpHUE oil in her hair, and she would alternate between the products to keep her hair really, really healthy under the wig“
The OLAPLEX No 3 Hair Perfector is likely to be a product already on your radar. A gem, particularly for dyed on over-styled hair, it works to strengthen fragile hair by mending broken bonds and restoring them back to their former glory. It can be used as a pre-shampoo treatment, combined into damp hair and left on from a minimum of 10 minutes, if you fancy leaving it on for longer you can do as Margot does and let it soak into your hair overnight or all-day.
If you’d like to go full Margot, you can also pick up the dpHUE Color Fresh Argan Oil Therapy, which is Justin’s own brand of colour focused haircare. The product claims to protect you from heat, tame frizz, and fight flyaways.
Luckily for us mere mortals, you don’t need to be a wig-wearing superstar to use the products. Both can be popped on whenever you feel fit, which can be easily done now that many of us are still working from home – just be sure you don’t schedule any Zoom meetings when you’re marinating!
