New Years Eve is right around the corner, and all the possible party plans have us buzzing for the biggest night of the year!
The only issue with New Years is that it can feel a little…anti climactic.
There’s so much pressure to do something really exciting, to start the year off right, and to (hopefully) get a cheeky kiss under the mistletoe.
If you’re feeling unsure about how to ring in the new year, because you want it to be extra special – we’ve got the gig for you.

Otherside festival are hosting an exciting night at Slane Castle, and it’s set to be one of the most glamorous and gorgeous events of the season.
Described as a “feast for the senses”, The Ritual will be bringing the drama and mystery in the castle’s courtyard, an iconic historical setting!
You can expect plenty of thrilling performances, with musical acts from a tonne of fab DJ’s and musicians (including Boots and Kats, Krystal Klear, Marcus O’Laoire, Billy Bunzari, The Midnight Disco and more).
What we’re loving most about this whole gig though, is the fact that it’s a masked ball. The romance of it all!

Of course, you don’t have to dress up – but for the night that’s in it we’re going all out.
How else will we secure that midnight kiss with a handsome stranger…it’s giving A Cinderella Story. Or when Rory Gilmore gets to party with the secret society at Yale! Obsessed.
If you’re looking to really indulge this NYE, attendees can also opt in to secure their seat at an intimate dining experience which kicks off the evening’s festivities.

The busses will run every half an hour from 5PM for dining option ticket holders and 5PM for non dining ticket holders.
