Like anything, it is always nice to have your food plated up to you and luckily for us, the most unique sandwich shops have been popping up all around the country.
Some have taken the art of making a sandwich to a whole other dimension… literally.

1. Matt’s Sandwiches – Co. Galway
Maybe I’m a little biased, but Matt has got to have the most insanely delicious sandwiches in the country. Freshly made and packaged with so much love. The Delani is a personal fave.

One of Carrick’s hidden gems, and with sandwiches to die for. I can confirm.

4. Hey Darling – Naas, Co. Kildare
It’s giving, girl next door vibes. Located in Morell Manor, Naas, this quaint little café has the best-tasting coffee, an array of unique sandwiches and it’s dog friendly.
