Ever Wanted To Try Ballet? This Dance Teacher Is Giving Free Adult Classes Online
Ever thought of yourself as a ballerina? Well, now is your chance!
We’re taking this free time and putting it to good use. Being stuck inside isn’t the dream, no, but we’re taking the glass half full approach and using this time wisely to reorganise, declutter and learn a skill we’d usually push aside.
From learning to do a handstand to brushing up on our French, starting the day with an online yoga class to making time for an evening run. We’ve got a moment of pause, a moment of “me time” and so, let’s put it towards something we really want to achieve.
If you were one of the many who dreamed of being a dancer as a child but never really got around to attending a class, now is your chance to learn some skills from the comfort of your own home.

Trained ballerina and teacher Sarah Du-Feu who goes by the name The Ballet Coach has decided to start giving free online classes to people of all ages via her channel.
With classes five days a week ageing from toddlers straight up to ones for your “grandma and grandpa”, we’re loving the idea and the home comfort of learning to dance from our living room.
Sarah was trained at prestigious English National Ballet School and explained that she is “so excited” to be able to teach budding dancers online.
Speaking about her classes, one attendee said:
“I normally do a weekly Seniors Ballet Class, so it’s great you are putting on exercises for our age group. More please! I had a go at your 10am Class (apart from the jumps as recently had knee replacements) and really enjoyed it. Thank you. More for the oldies please!”

Well, if that’s not a reason to spring into action, I don’t know what is.
Someone pass me my pointe shoes, I’m ready to learn!
