The Most Divine Rosé Wines To Sip On During International Rosé Day
Cheers to the freakin' weekend.
Not only do we have serious TGIF vibes in our WFH offices today, but it’s also International Rosé Day.
Falling this year on a Friday, we think it’s fate that this gorgeous coincidence is happening and so, we’re marking the occasion by sipping on some delicious rosé wines and kicking back – two things we’ sure know how to do.
As rosé is also the beverage of the summer, we’ve decided to put together a list of some of our favourite bottles, ones we recommend you pair with your favourite foods, favourite company (while distancing) and favourite flick, tv show or documentary.
Yep, rosé day sounds like music to our ears and so, here’s what we’re planning on sippin’ all day long.
(As always, remember to drink responsibility)
Invivo X Sarah Jessica Parker
A new rosé to the market from our favourite Sex In The City gal, this gorgeous blush pink wine has a light taste and seriously feels like summer in a bottle. The perfect tipple with a summer BBQ and pasta salads, you can shop it online here.
Côtes de Provence
A fan-favourite rosé from Aldi. If you’re looking to pick up a bottle handy this Friday evening, Aldi is always a good shout for wine and this bottle is divine.
Now, we’re pretty sure the label has changed in recent times, but the name still remains the same, so keep an eye out for it.
We couldn’t put together a list of rosé wines without mentioning this gem. Whispering Angel is the famous friend in the rosé clique and loved time and time again. Made in France with a distinct summer fruits taste, you can add this wine to your trolley here.
Graham Norton Pink By Design Rosé
Another celeb rosé that has received a lot of attention, Graham Norton’s rosé, similar to his previous wines has been a hit with fans so far and so, if you’re keen to give it a go, you can pick it up in SuperValu now.
Wolffer Summer In A Bottle Rosé
Bring the Hamptons to you this summer, darling. Wolffer Summer In A Bottle first hit headlines back in 2014 and since, it has held its title as one of the most popular rosé wines in the world. Well, there ya have it. You can shop it online here.
So, enjoy rosé day, enjoy your tipple and again, remember to drink responsibly – for more information visit drinkaware.ie
