The sunshine is en route for the weekend and that can only mean one thing – drinkies.

We’re ready to raise a glass to the working week being over and kick back with a delicious drink to sip on while we enjoy some downtime. So, if that’s on your agenda for the weekend too, here are some quick and easy recipes to hit save on.

Cranberry Orange Mimosa

You Will Need:

  • Cranberry juice
  • Orange juice
  • Champagne/prosecco

How To:

The method for this couldn’t be any more simple. Pop an equal amount of cranberry and orange juice into a flute and top it off with some champagne or pro secco to your taste.

You Will Need:

  • 2 lemon slices
  • Bitter beer
  • Lemonade

How To:

Pop a lemon slice into a tall glass and our a bitter beer of your choice in with a dash of lemonade. If you’re looking for a drink with a little more zest squeeze in a second slice of lemon.

You Will Need:

  • Lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Simple Syrup
  • Gin

How To:

Grab your gin, lemon juice and syrup and mix it together in a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes if desired. When shaken well, pour it into a glass and top it off with soda water.
