Khloé Kardashian Had A Great Comeback For Body-Shamers Saying She’s Too Thin Now
She's having none of it.
First she was ‘too fat’, now she’s ‘too thin,’ and she’s sick of the drama.
Khloé Kardashian took to Twitter last night to share a few choice words with those body-shaming her for having lost too much weight.
After struggling with diets for years, Khloé kicked off an intense exercise and fitness regime back in 2014, and has dropped a massive 40lbs since then. However recent photos of the reality star spurred some to say she had gone too far with her weight loss, something which Khloé did not take too kindly to.
I need to remember the date today!! Never would I have ever thought I would be in the media for being “too skinny”. What on earth?!?!

Khloé has made no secret of the hard graft she’s put in to get to her goal weight, recently telling People magazine that working out had become a “healthy addiction” for her, after years of being called “the fat one” in her family.
Khloe Kardashian’s Trainer Has Dished The Details On The Workout That Transformed Her Body
“If you had asked me two years ago if I would have the body I have now I would have said, ‘No way, my body can’t do that,'” she said.
And while some body-shamers may believe that Khloé’s weight loss is not healthy, a look at her daily eating plan – detailed in her book Strong Looks Better Naked – shows that the KUWTK star is indeed taking a sustainable and smart approach to her eating.
Khloé explained in the book that she starts her day early, with a pre-gym coffee and water at 5am. After her workout, there’s more water, porridge and a protein shake. Later in the morning, she’ll have a piece of fruit with nuts or nut butter, followed by a salad with protein like chicken for lunch. As a 3pm snack, she’ll have hummus and veggies, with a dinner of steamed veggies with fish, and something sweet like plain Greek yogurt with fresh fruit for dessert.
Sounds pretty on point to us.
