‘Put Down The Fork’: Khloé K Just Got Super Real About Her Fluctuating Weight

Her body has changed in the last few months, and she's not happy.

Khloé Kardashian has undergone a complete body transformation over the past 12 months, but now that the time has come to maintain her new shape, she’s reached a rocky patch… or at least that’s what she seems to think.

The reality star took to Instagram last night to share a five-month-old throwback photo and telling fans she “missed” how she looked back then. At the time, Khloé was no doubt at her leanest, having just done a cover shoot for fitness magazine Shape.

While it’s not always realistic to maintain weight and body fat at one set level, Khloé seems to be using the old photo as motivation to get her diet and fitness back where she wants it to be, after dropping around 30lbs over the course of a year with the help of trainer Gunnar Peterson.

Despite having completely overhauled her body, Khloé still sees her weight fluctuate just like the rest of us, but here’s hoping she turns to healthy methods to get to a shape she’s happy with.

Back in July, the KUWTK star berated social media followers who told her she was “too skinny.’

After years of hearing the opposite, Khloé seemed bemused by the shift in attitude, writing, ““I need to remember the date today!! Never would I have ever thought I would be in the media for being ‘too skinny.’ What on earth?!?! First I’m too fat and now I’m too skinny.”
