Vogue Williams Just Gave Us A Look At Her Abs Workout Routine… And It’s Extreme
Planks feature. Heavily.
Vogue Williams is definitely our go-to for bikini body inspiration, but she never fails to deliver on the #fitspo front either.
The model makes no no secret of the gruelling work she puts in at the gym to maintain her lean figure, and if we’re honest, just looking at her exercise videos is enough to make us feel exhausted.
Case in point is Vogue’s latest abs workout, which she posted to Instagram yesterday after a session with London-based personal trainer Ollie Frost.
Ollie’s a former pro rugby player, so he knows how to put his clients through their paces.
Vogue’s core session yesterday looked downright hellish… but very effective. The model combined hanging leg raises with two forms of plank, one using resistance cables and one on her side.
“Tough session with @olliefrostpt this morning,” Vogue wrote, telling her followers that it was a “killer workout.”
Ollie posted another snapshot of the session to his own page, showing Vogue finishing up her workout with some brutal HIIT.

We’ll definitely be giving this one a go – though we’ll probably regret it the next day.
