“I am well-rested and excited for the day.”
It’s important to have a minimal morning routine, so you can take it slow and prepare for the day ahead. Feel excited knowing everyday is different, even in the smallest of ways- if you didn’t have a coffee yesterday, then treat yourself to one today!
“I choose to let go of the things that no longer make me happy.”
Holding onto regret, anger or sadness from past relationships or events can be hard to release. However, taking the smallest of steps in the right direction can help with letting go.
“I am proud of who I am becoming.”
Sometimes it’s easy to hold onto the little things that went wrong in your day/ week/ month and forget about everything that went right. Remember that you are your own worst critique, so reward yourself for how far you’ve come, as well as what you will become!

“It is safe for me to love and to be loved.”
Love is one of the most confusing emotions, meaning it can be hard to love others when you’re not showing yourself enough love. Removing any self-doubt and reminding yourself that you are loved is important to helping you find self-love.
“I am kind to myself and others.”
It has been said that you should ‘treat yourself as you would your best friend’. It wastes more energy putting yourself and others down than building yourselves up.
“My gratitude opens doors to endless possibilities.”
It’s a universal experience when coming out of a job interview, to think of all the brilliant things you said- but fast forward a few hours and all you can think of is everything you should’ve said. Feel reassured knowing that all experience is a step in the right direction to achieving your goals.
